The École Normale de Musique de Paris welcomes Vivica Genaux for a voice masterclass with students from the school’s advanced classes.
Vivica Genaux is one of the most sought-after mezzos in the Baroque and Bel Canto repertoire, with a vocal technique that is unique in the world and places her among the icons of singing.
She has sung each of the three great Rossinian roles (La Cenerentola, L’Italienne à Alger, Le Barbier de Séville) more than 200 times, and has recently added great opera seria roles by Scarlatti and Vivaldi to her repertoire.
Vivica Genaux passionately shares her experience and expertise with future generations of singers through her numerous masterclasses and private lessons.
